A LETTER FROM OUR TRAVEL DIRECTOR: FAMILY GO GLOBAL IS TAKING A BEAT TO REGROUP & RETOOL
Dearest Travel Tribe Members,
After over a decade of running super fun and educational programming around the world, we are taking a step back to reflect, regroup and retool our offering before launching into the 2025 travel season. The Family Go Global story started back in 2013 with a desire to share meaningful travel experiences in community while honing our Spanish language skills. What we have accomplished together has far exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds.
We have since shared annual learning experiences in Costa Rica, Spain, Mexico, Cuba, California and soon to be Peru! We have partnered with some of the most amazing international schools and educators and have provided opportunities for US based teachers to travel, learn and grow. We have forged beautiful and life-long relationships with families in the communities we have visited. We have also united friends, cousins, grands and great grands in a shared experience abroad and made it possible for families to spend quality time learning, exploring and deepening in love with each other. We know that those memories we made together are memories for life!
That said, we are being called in this season to innovate and evolve. New ideas have been percolating and there is so much more waiting to unfold, if we only make the space to allow it. So with that, Family Go Global is making a pivot! We are not going on hiatus, we are simply refocusing in this moment to continue serving the communities we love most— learners—while we make a little space to welcome in something new.
So! instead of marketing our programs to the public we will be narrowing our focus to INSIDER ONLY experiences for our Travel Tribe and SCHOOL, FRIEND OR FAMILY GROUP PROGRAMS this year. Stand by for more in your inbox about these hush hush experiences Travel Tribe. If you have a school group, parent affinity group, or family group that would love to book a Family Go Global adventure, hit us up! We can curate a custom tour or an educational camp program for you in any of the countries we have visited in the last decade.
